CarsAI does not sell vehicles, act as a dealer, broker, or agent, and does not facilitate vehicle transactions between buyers and sellers. Any purchase, negotiation, inspection, financing, or sale decision is made solely between you and the relevant third party.
You may need an account to access some or all of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees and charges shown to you at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

CarsAI is an informational tool only. It is not legal, financial, investment, valuation, insurance, mechanical, or purchasing advice. You are solely responsible for verifying information independently before making any business or consumer decision.
Stephanos Economou, operating CarsAI, and applicable licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, design, branding, logos, interface, compiled database structure, original text, visualisations, analytics, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of data made available through the Service.
Underlying third-party listings, trademarks, images, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal lawful use only.
